Fishtail Games ("we", "our", or "us") built the CallBreak Records app as a free application. This page is used to inform visitors and users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for anyone who uses our app.

All data you enter — including player names, team names, game scores, and round records — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. The only information that leaves your device is the usage and crash data described below.

The following data is stored locally on your device to provide the app's functionality:

This data is not accessible to us or any third party. It only leaves your device if you save or copy a backup yourself, or if your phone's own Android backup includes the app. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the app's data through your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

Usage and Crash Data

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to understand how the app is used and to fix crashes. When your device is online, the app automatically sends:

• •Device model, operating system version, and app version
• •Approximate location (such as country or city), which Google derives from your IP address
• •A random identifier for this installation of the app, used to count users and sessions
• •Crash reports, including technical details of the error and the state of the app and device when it happened

This data never includes your scores, player names, or teams. The app does not use your device's advertising ID, and the data is not used for advertising or shared with advertisers.

Usage and crash data are sent to Google over encrypted connections. Your game data remains on your device, so its security is managed by your device's built-in security features. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using appropriate device-level security measures such as a screen lock.
